We have recently experienced a case of mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome complicated by coronary aneurysm. He was suspected by two-dimensional echocardiographic examination and confirmed by the angiography of aorta.
A brief review of related literatures was made.

Since 1970, the group B streptococcus has become significant cause of neonatal septicemia and meningitis.
